In 1913 Nobel Prize-winning author Hermann Hesse wrote a short story that was a premonition of his future work Siddhartha. Nawakum Press is publishing the story with a new translation, in English and in German, with an afterword by Hesse biographer Prof. Dr. Ingo Cornils of the University of Leeds. Original, hand pulled Japanese-style wood block prints accompany the text.
